Q: What happens if a person is not in?
A: If the recipient is not at home a calling card will be put through the letter box where accessible to inform them of the pending delivery. They can then contact the Shipping Company to arrange a suitable time for the next delivery. Or alternatively the parcel may be left with a willing neighbour.
