"The BBQ is the most social way to share food with friends and is seldom used with imagination. It may seem surprising but the BBQ is one of the most popular presents!

What's Included

This course is brimming with ideas offering a wide range of interesting marinades for all sorts of fish and meat as well as sauces, salsas, salads and much more. The BBQ courses are offered as a one day Saturday course between May and August and there will be a number of different dates on offer.

Lynda Booth is the Director of Dublin Cookery School. She is a hugely experienced chef and has worked in top restaurants, Ireland (Ballymaloe House), Canada (Four Seasons Hotel), England (Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons and L'Ortolan) and Italy (Relais Chateaux). With the most experienced and professional team, you know that you will be in good hands.
