TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to the Irish Independent Reader Offer website. The following are the terms and conditions for use of and purchase of products from us. When you place an order for a product (via the web, email, post, fax and / or telephone) constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms, which may at any time be amended. Your use at any time thereafter constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms as amended.

QUOTATIONS
Quotations are given on the basis of costs at the time of issue. Prices may be amended at any time to reflect a change in cost structure, including any alteration to the rate of VAT or similar tax. If a product is not available then a product of equal or greater value will be substituted in its place. All photographs are accompanied by an itemised list fairly describing the contents. Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately reflect actual colours however due to variances between monitors, colours cannot be guaranteed. Please note that for photographic purposes props have been used, these are not included in the hampers or gifts.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your product please note we can only refund or exchange a product if we receive it back to our warehouse within 7 days of receipt. Returned product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Delivery charges will only be refunded when a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Any changes or cancellation in respect of any order must be notified in writing to the company within two days of placing the order.

1. Please ensure product is returned in original packaging and resalable condition, as no refund or exchange will be authorised unless these conditions are met.

2. Where a product is faulty, it must be sent back in its original packaging. As soon as we receive the return, the product will be sent to the supplier for inspection. The supplier will either fix the faulty product or if necessary we will get a replacement product sent out without delay.

3.Please call 01 8611578 with your Order Number (see address label on package for order number) and our customer service will issue you with a “Returns Authorisation Code”. The Customer Service line is manned Monday-Friday 9am – 5.30pm. If calling from outside Ireland please dial +353 1 8611578.

4. Include a note stating the reason for the product return, along with your name, address, daytime contact phone number, Order Number and your Returns Authorisation Code

5. Please ensure you keep a note of your RA number.

6. Then take your parcel to the post office for return using the returns address: Readers Offers, PO Box 10351, Dublin 11, Ireland. We recommend using registered post so a product can be tracked if necessary.

PAYMENT
Payment must be made in full prior to an order(s) being dispatched, failing which the Company may at its absolute discretion refuse to effect delivery.

DELIVERY & NOTIFICATION
We deliver Monday to Friday 9 – 5pm. We aim to despatch goods 14 to 28 days from receipt of order. The customer is responsible for providing correct address telephone number and postal code. The Company cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. Any shortfall of which you become aware must be notified to the Company within two days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of despatch of goods. Where orders are placed after notified last order date the Company does not accept responsibility for late delivery. Proof of Delivery of products(s) shall be good evidence of delivery of the specific product(s) as requested by the customer and no question shall be raised as to delivery of individual items therein. Risk in respect of goods transfers to you the buyer upon execution of delivery docket. The Company cannot be responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any product(s) or any particular item contained in a product, or charge any duty. The Company cannot be responsible for delays due to custom regulations outside the EU.

LIMITATION AS TO DAMAGES
The Company shall take all reasonable care in packaging any fragile or breakable items. In the event that any such items are damaged in transit the Company shall be responsible for replacement costs of item only. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever caused. Any electronic or digital equipment is sold subject to manufacturer's warranty only. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any damage or any indirect loss caused by such electronic or digital equipment howsoever arising.

OWNERSHIP RIGHTS & LIMITATION
All goods are the property of the Company until all goods and all outstanding debts to the Company and/or its associate companies have been paid for in full. This Site, its contents together with any trade names used by the Company are protected by intellectual property rights and permission is only given for personal use. Any use beyond that permitted may constitute an infringement of owners' rights and may be prosecuted.

GENERAL
The company is unable to accept personalised gift cards, though we are happy to include a card with your message. Unless you indicate otherwise your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to the Company replying to you by electronic mail for such purposes as the Company may consider appropriate. The Company does not accept any responsibility to the extent that the Site is connected to any other sites or services beyond its the control. Products containing alcohol are not available for delivery to persons under the age of 18 years. It is the policy of the company to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. To this end it is our policy that we do not exchange food, beverage or any other item that may come in contact with the person. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company and reserves the right to deny access to the Site.
